Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
- Application Process
- To become an affiliate, you must complete and submit the online application form available on our website. We will review your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age and must operate a website, blog, or other digital platform that aligns with our company values and target audience. Ineligible sites include, but are not limited to, those that promote illegal activities, violence, or discrimination.
Affiliate Responsibilities
- Promotional Methods
- Affiliates are responsible for promoting Appsystms through ethical and lawful means. Approved promotional methods include blog posts, social media posts, email marketing, and banner advertisements. Affiliates must not engage in spamming, misleading advertising, or any other deceptive practices.
- Use of Links and Banners
- Affiliates will receive unique tracking links and banners from Appsystms to use in their promotions. These links must be used correctly to ensure that all referred traffic and sales are properly tracked.
- Compliance
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws. Affiliates must also adhere to the guidelines set forth by advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Commissions and Payments
- Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn a commission on sales generated through their unique tracking links. We reserve the right to change the commission rate at any time, with prior notice to affiliates.
- Payment Terms
- Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, within 30 days of the end of the month in which the sale was made. Affiliates must provide accurate payment details to ensure timely payment.
- Returns and Cancellations
- If a referred sale is refunded or canceled, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s account. If commissions have already been paid, the amount will be deducted from future earnings.
Termination
- Termination by Appsystms
- Appsystms reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of this policy or engagement in unethical behavior. In the event of termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
- Termination by Affiliate
- Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to Appsystms. Upon termination, affiliates must cease using all promotional materials and remove any Appsystms links from their platforms.
Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use Appsystms trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Appsystms in accordance with this policy. Affiliates must not modify these materials or use them in a manner that could harm Appsystms’ reputation.
Limitation of Liability
Appsystms will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program. Our total liability to affiliates for any claims arising from the program will not exceed the total commission paid to the affiliate in the three months preceding the claim.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Affiliate Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our affiliate portal.
